I’ve now set up my own Discord server with general chat and private chat for my clients with text and voice support. Join me!
TurboCFD on AWS is offline until further notice.
Over the last week I’ve been subcontracting in the Scottish Borders on projects for some major clients including HP and Kodak, doing PHP and some node.js
Next week (8th October to 11th) I’ll be in Munich, Germany to attend the NVIDIA GPU Technology Conference #GTC17EU where I’m going to attend the Inception meetup event and learn lots more about what other companies are doing in AI and GPU tech. Very excited!
I’m honoured to announce that I’m now a part of the NVIDIA Inception Program for AI startups!

I’m now offering a 5 day free (exc. Amazon’s costs) trial of TurboCFD. Check it out and give us some feedback on how it performed for you!
A necessary evil but it allows us to get some startup funding. The first business plan for Guthrie Ltd and TurboCFD is complete.
I met with Business Gateway West Dunbartonshire today and have been talking to Scottish Enterprise recently. With their support and advice I hope to soon secure funding to BOOST 😉 the development of TurboCFD. Things are looking up! Very exciting 😎
My first release of TurboCFD is now available to run on the Amazon cloud. Run simulations on p2 GPU instances with support for most OpenFOAM compressible and incompressible solvers
TurboCFD has just been submitted to the AWS Marketplace for listing. You will be able to run OpenFOAM in CUDA-enabled GPU instances meaning your simulations will be getting some serious turbo boost!
The listing will be live in a few days so I will keep you updated.
